Kara Clayton

Kara has been with Newton Financial Group since 2025. Since her start, Kara has been tasked with essentially any job duty that the business has to offer. Kara is very versatile in her knowledge and work duties and has been deemed essential to the day-to-day functioning here at Newton Financial Group. Prior to here, Kara has ten years of experience in administrative work, financial work, business bookkeeping, and customer service when she was a co-owner of two small businesses. Kara is no stranger to working in high-stake enviornments as she also has nine years of experience in healthcare services, primarily as a pharmacy technician. Kara's attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, and versatile knowledge in management and finance help Newton Financial Group service its clientele to a level that it otherwise would not have.

Kara graduated from Western Kentucky University with a bachelor's degree in chemistry. She also holds her healthcare insurance license and is currently working towards other insurance and financial advising licenses so that she can better serve her clients and become a fully licensed financial advisor.

Kara loves to travel, read, and be outdoors whenever she has the opportunity. Most of all, Kara cherishes her time with her four children and is always helping support their dreams and become the best version of themselves. Her children are involved in a vast number of activities inside and outside of the community and Kara can always be found supporting them in any way she can.
