James Salchli

James has been working with Newton Financial Group since 2024. Starting as an intern and working his way to full time in December 2025, James has been involved in every aspect of the business and has become vital in helping clientele navigate through their financial needs. James's work experience has made him essential to the business as he provides insights and knowledge in numerous aspects of the financial field.

James is a 2025 graduate of Muskingum University with a double major in Economics and Business Management and is currently completing his MBA with an expected graduation in 2026. James is also currently working towards the completion of his financial certifications so that he can become a fully licensed financial advisor. While at Muskingum, James was a member of the football team, served in leadership roles within the investment club and student senate, and worked as a peer tutor for the university.

James enjoys spending time with family, golfing, and fishing. James also has a passion for community and sports and is planning to help serve his community through youth sports beginning in the fall of 2026. James sees the importance of community and desires to see everyone around him become the best version of themselves.
